Post Installation Cleaning And Maintenance Of Porcelain Floor Tiles

Grout Haze Remover (For cement based grouts): DETERDEK – Acidic Cleaner

Coverage: 1,630 sq ft / GAL

Dilution: 1:5 in water

Materials Needed: DETERDEK, Green scrubbing pad, Microfiber Cloth, Floor Scrubbing Machine.

Distribute the diluted DETERDEK evenly across the porcelain using a long handled brush or similar applicator
Scrub the surface with a green scrubbing pad
Remove any remaining residue with a wet vacuum or a clean microfiber cloth.
Thoroughly rinse the surface with a synthetic mop. Use one bucket to hold clean water and another bucket to strain dirty mop water.

Grout Haze Remover (For epoxy based grouts): EPOXYOFF – Epoxy Grout Haze Remover

Coverage: up to 100 sq ft / QT

Dilution: full strength

Materials Needed: EPOXYOFF, Green scrubbing pad, Microfiber Cloth, Floor Scrubbing Machine.

Distribute the undiluted EPOXYOFF evenly across the porcelain using a long handled brush or similar applicator
Let the product sit on the haze for 30 minutes
Scrub the surface with a green scrubbing pad and a little water
Remove any remaining residue with a wet vacuum or a clean microfiber cloth.
Thoroughly rinse the surface with a synthetic mop.

Routine Maintenance Cleaner: CLEANALL – Ph balanced cleaner

Coverage: 61,115 sq ft / GAL

Dilution: 1:200 in water

Materials Needed: CLEANALL, Synthetic Mop, Long Handled Brush, Floor Washing Machine

Dilute 1:200 (Capful per gallon)
Distribute the mixture evenly across the tile using either a synthetic mop, long handled brush, or a floor washing machine
No rinse is required
